A recap for Faculty of Pharmacy’s Scientific Day
The Biochemistry Department at the Faculty of Pharmacy at October University for Modern Sciences and Arts (MSA) recently hosted an inspiring scientific day event titled “Nobel Prize Insights in Molecular Genetics: Shaping Precision Medicine.”
This event celebrated the remarkable journey of genetic research, from its early discoveries to the latest Nobel Prize awarded in 2024 for the groundbreaking identification of microRNA and its pivotal role in post-transcriptional gene regulation.
A highlight of the event was the impressive exhibition by our level 2 molecular genetics students, who showcased their research posters and maquettes. Their creativity and dedication vividly demonstrated the real-world applications of genetic research in advancing precision medicine. The event served as a platform for students to share their innovative projects and foster meaningful discussions among participants.
MSA University is proud to support such events that promote academic excellence and encourage students to contribute to significant advancements in science and medicine. We extend our heartfelt congratulations to our students for their outstanding efforts and achievements.
