MSA Startup Olympics 2024

In line with the national policy of supporting entrepreneurs and startups, and in alignment with the Innovators Support Fund (ISF) policy and MSA University’s strategic plan, MSA University is committed to fostering entrepreneurial spirit among its students.

Under the patronage of Prof. Dr. Nawal El Degwi, Head of the Board of Trustees of MSA University, Prof. Dr. Khayri Abdel Hamid, President of MSA University, and Prof. Dr. Tarek Saleh, Head of the Centre of Excellence and Dean of the Faculty of Arts and Design, and supervised by Assoc. Prof. Dr. Ghada Abdelhady, General Coordinator of the Innovators Support Fund at the university and Director of the Technology Transfer Office (TTO), MSA University, in collaboration with the Innovators Support Fund (ISF) of the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research, organized a comprehensive training, mentoring, pitching, and qualification camp for the teams participating in the MSA Startup Olympics competition.

The training covered a wide range of topics delivered by a distinguished group of trainers from Mentors’ Group Corporate, under the auspices of Dr. Mohamed El Sery, CEO of Mentors’ Group and a visionary entrepreneur with global expertise in business transformation for Fortune 500 companies. The activities commenced on Wednesday, June 28, 2024, and will continue daily until July 11, 2024, involving around 40 trainees from various faculties.
